Parents Advocate League was started in 2007 by Julie Collier, a teacher and parent, as a resource for other parents in their quest for a high-quality education for their children, which includes school choice options (public charter schools, vouchers, open enrollment, magnet schools, homeschooling, and online learning). Parents Advocate League helps its members (known as PALs) understand they can raise their hands to ask questions, use their voice, and unite with other parents and education reform groups in the interest of making students the new priority in the current and failed California education system. Membership as one of our PALs is free. Join us!
Parents Advocate League is a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization. We are able to continue our work for parents and students thanks to grants and the very generous donations by our PALs.
